Chances are that you, at some time in the past, had signed up to the tournaments, but were "deactivated" due to "not enough league games finished"
! IF you´re confident enough to know how to invite opponents in the Wordfeud app, and are willing to try completing all games of a 14-day season in the WLoH,
! THEN go ahead to "reactivate" on "Your page" (found in the WLoH´s main menu)
!! but PLEASE !! do read this first:
Any finished valid* league games played in the WF app must be registered** before the deadline*** by us, the players,
BECAUSE THERE´S NO DIRECT DATA CONNECTION
between the WF app on the one hand, and the WLoH (the league) on the other.
**: register games using the drop-down lists & number entry fields situated right below the table.
Take care to type nothing but numbers in the number fields.
The table will be updated in real-time!
Check that you succeded by scrolling down, after hitting the "Send" button. The results of all matches are listed in the "Matches" box.
***: the deadline is to be found at the foot of the table of a current season, plus in the big box on the Rules page (→Main menu →Rules).
IF no timezone is given: THEN it´s the zone where our host, Eskil Aasmul, lives, Oslo time (CET, that´s Greenwich/UTC +1).
Only games FINISHED and registered before the deadline will be considered for promotions/relegations. Auto-results entered by LoBot (160 or 0 vs 0) may affect the table standing, though, - but that´s a different, less important matter.
*valid games:
a) (usually) the FIRST game started after the start of a 14-days season against an opponent
b) FINISHED BEFORE THE DEADLINE
( a game is finished as soon as the WF app says so ... See their "Help")
c) using the correct dictionary
(note: there´s TWO to choose from in English, Norsk, Svenska)
d) on the NORMAL board
(for (c) and (d), use the dropdown-selections during inviting, before hitting the final "Invite")
Resigned valid games are finished games. In order to discourage resigning, there are two special rules in place (found via →Main menu →Rules; 150-0 OR opp-subtract-50)

Again/tldr:
Games that never started (=never appeared in the WF apps list of games), weren´t played on the correct board, that are unfinished at deadline time:
those all are INVALID for the WLoH and
MUST NOT BE REGISTERED AT ALL
(... can be played as "friendlies", as many as you like)
VALID games should be registered in order to keep your "activated" status.

Please do read the invitational mail you should receive for a new season, and try to keep up with any news posted to the Comments in your group.
Knowing the rules & regulations of the Wordfeud app won´t do you any harm, either ;-)
In order to learn faster, by other´s examples, now and then have a look at the "wall" (→Main menu →Comments).
Use it as READ-ONLY! Your own comments ALWAYS should go to your group´s message box. That´s way easier to handle, for your admins, who are UNPAID VOLUNTEERS!

You know a new season is under way, you logged in directly from the app´s link (under →"+" →"Join a Tournament" →"Join now") ...
... and still don´t land on the page with your current group? Then:
there´s a players´ search box on top of the table. Type in your WLoH nickname & hit "Search"

In the lower divisions, IF you end up loosing all the matches you´re playing, THEN make sure that enough (4 or 5) of your matches´ results are registered to avoid deactivation.
Sometimes your winning opponents aren´t aware that it´s them who usually should do the registering.
